The CaOs restaurant in Wilhelmshaven, Germany is an old torpedo dump in the time of Kaiser Wilhem II. Hence the reason for selecting the ""19th century"" wallpaper connecting past and present – an old giant-size portrait dominates the environment and provides an elegant contrast to the essential and metropolitan furniture design.
