YOUSUSHI, THE OCEAN AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
A fresh and informal interior for this Sushi Bar which reinterprets the rigour of Japanese restaurants, with an area that is more typically French in taste. On the wall the wallpaper ""Fly away"" is a map of islands in the middle of the ocean, where the dominant green of the water constitutes a subtle reference to the fish-based menu.
