Where history and design meet: the new Boutique Hotel by Maier project
Villa Bösch is reborn as Boutique Hotel by Maier
Located in the heart of Lustenau, Austria, Villa Bösch is a historic estate with strong symbolic value. Today, thanks to careful and contemporary renovation, it has become a boutique hotel that combines period charm and signature design.
The project, designed by Kraiem Studio, transforms this historical heritage into a contemporary architectural experience, where materials, light, and narrative details interact in a balanced way.
Successful interior design can be perceived even before it is understood.
Villa Bösch has been reinterpreted as an uncompromising boutique hotel.
The Art Nouveau features and references to the era create an atmosphere in which history is perceived in a subtle and emotional way. Wall&decò wallpapers become aesthetic statements that invite guests to pause, dream, and experience a sense of uniqueness.

The technology that makes it all possible: Aquabout Wet System™
In bathrooms—even inside showers—decoration is made possible by the Wall&decò Aquabout Wet System™, an advanced technical solution that combines aesthetics and performance.
Why it is the ideal choice for damp environments:
- 100% waterproof and designed for surfaces in direct contact with water.
- Complete technical system: molded fiberglass, transparent finishes, and waterproofing primer.
- Only 1.5 mm thick, perfect for overlaying existing tiles.
- Highly resistant to detergents, abrasion, humidity, and wear.
- High-definition printing with water-based, solvent-free inks.
The result?
A continuous, decorative, technical surface, perfect for transforming the bathroom into an emotional space.
