With the purpose of ensuring effective communication, we hereby inform you that Regulation (EU) 2020/1149 has introduced a restriction on diisocyanates with the aim of standardising the protection level of workers using these substances in the European Union.

Restriction 74 Annex XVII, EC Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH) on diisocyanates

We hereby inform you that component 03C of our WET System cycle falls under this list of products.

The new restrictions stipulate that customers who use diisocyanate products professionally or industrially must receive and successfully complete mandatory training on the safe use of such products, which requires them to pass a final assessment.

Pursuant to Section 7, item 74, Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation, we provide you with a link to a website collection information about the safe use of diisocyanates.

In any case we recommend you to specifically check the legislation in place in your home country

Please note that we have already added the following mandatory sentence to product package labeling: 

"As of 24 August 2023, adequate training is required before any industrial or professional use"
